      Hi. I'm Kirsten. And I've bucked the system in the nutrition industry for a long time.😆

      I want to thank my high school track coach - for being the biggest idiot and most awful mentor a young, impressionable girl could have. 😅 It's because of him that I became a dietitian - because I just knew there had to be a better way to take care of a functional body than to punish it, starve it, and then get mad at it for not doing what we wanted it to do.

      I was going to become a doctor - but I changed my major because of everything going wrong after that track season, and so I became a Registered Dietitian.

      I learned everything I could about how the human body actually works, and I've spent the last 25 years (yea, I am that old) of my life helping one person at a time change their entire outlook on the magic that is human nutrition.

      I've been active, I've been sidelined after surgery. I've been single with lots of time - and I'm now married with 3 kids who take up all my time (and sanity). I've been at every end of the "life" spectrum - and one thing has remained steady: my nutrition.

      Because I know how to do it easily, without the fad diet garbage, and with only the goal of supporting my body so it can do what it's good at doing: regulating itself.
